FULL SERVICE FROM A SINGLE SOURCE
MRA Services, Inc., provides customized product support systems to the manufacturing sector, with a primary focus on satisfying the complex support requirements in procurements of light and heavy rail passenger vehicles and their component systems. MRA’s established, field-validated applications also have extensive potential for all large and medium scale electro-mechanical systems.
MRA Services, Inc., was formed in early 1986 to enable vehicle manufacturers to effectively respond to the rail transit industry’s demand for better system support in new vehicle orders. Professionals with extensive Department of Defense and aerospace experience in all facets of systems support - logistics, documentation, maintenance analysis and planning, and technical training - joined with rail industry professionals to create a core group capable of providing complete support services to carbuilders and equipment suppliers. Since then, MRA personnel have provided support to most major carbuilders and suppliers for projects on transit systems throughout North America.
To meet the continuing demand for better – and faster – support, MRA has developed unique applications that enable instant access to all information required to maintain and operate equipment at design levels of safety and performance. This is the core concept of MRA’s Vehicle Support Network Interface (VSNi©) and Product Support Network Interface (PSNi©). These systems assure the manufacturer that its products are fully supported to its customers – and that the support data is kept current.
MRA develops all of the basic components of the product support system, custom designed for your product and to meet all specifications. These can include everything from spec analysis and proposal preparation, maintenance planning, full parts cataloging, and integrated schematics, to technical training on the equipment and on the supporting VSNi or PSNi installation.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
MRA, like every company, is only as good and prosperous as its current reputation permits; and the keystone of that reputation is the uniform quality of its products and services - as seen by its customers.
MRA does not seek an industry position as a "low-cost, high-volume" company. Rather, it seeks a reputation as being a dependable company that delivers a high-quality product - at a fair price.
MRA gives full and continuing recognition to the fact that its products are often passed through to its "customers' customers"; that those products, in turn, represent the quality of MRA's customers' products and reputation.
MRA requires its employees and its contractors to understand and to adopt the above concepts, by planning and executing every step needed in every process or activity to assure accurate and uniform results that clearly adhere to the prescribed criteria for that product. Quality is not cosmetic; it is intrinsic to every element of the end product, and must be "designed in."
MRA produces product documentation and must do so in a manner that gains its acceptance as truly reflecting the quality and reliability of the products it covers.
